This project required numerous steps to ensure the regularisation and update of the installations, while keeping an eye on the future.

ABV Development’s role in this project was multifaceted, as we had the opportunity to support our client on several technical aspects of the permit renewal. The mission revolved around several key points:

Renewal of the establishment’s activities + extension for the regularisation of a building

No standing still. An extension was added to enable the regularisation of a building and thus meet the sector’s new requirements. The aim was to update the infrastructure to bring it in line with modern standards.

Authorisation for future modifications

We also took into account the need for adaptability in the future. Once the permit is renewed, Roger & Roger will be able to modify and adapt its installations according to its future needs, ensuring the flexibility to grow sustainably.

Update of the installations

The installations had to evolve alongside the activities. It wasn’t just about freshening up the walls, but about ensuring everything met market expectations. Because in the agri-food sector, technical details matter enormously.

When agri-food reinvents itself in Mouscron

The Mouscron site was not always associated with industrial activities. Before 1971, this land was simply an agricultural plot. The site’s transformation began in 1999, when Roger & Roger established its first industrial operations there. Moving from agriculture to industry, the site became a true agri-food hub that has continued to grow over the years.
