A Belgian industrial group decided to divest a multi-hectare disused production site to redevelop it into a mixed-use business park. The site has a history of low-tier SEVESO classified activities and the use of chemical substances falling under REACH regulations.
The redevelopment of such a site involves a cascade of interdependent regulatory procedures, technical studies, and financial decisions. The group has commissioned ABV Development to manage the entire process, simultaneously leveraging several of our areas of expertise.
We coordinate the environmental, regulatory, and financial aspects under a single mandate: from the initial diagnosis to obtaining authorizations and activating tax levers.
