When planning a development project or regional strategy, it is essential to consider the associated mobility challenges.

Our teams assess the impact of a project on traffic and parking in a given area, conduct visual or automatic counts using counters, and are capable of producing traffic models to evaluate the impacts of proposed changes.

We also assist with requests for derogations from the number of parking spaces within the framework of CoBrACE in Brussels.

Parking in Brussels: The CoBrACE framework

In the Brussels-Capital Region, the number of parking spaces associated with office activities is limited under the Brussels Code for Air, Climate and Energy Management (CoBrACE). This regulation aims to promote alternative modes of transport to the private car for commuting.

However, every company can submit a request for a derogation to obtain additional parking spaces in specific situations.

ABV Environment assists you in assessing the number of spaces you are entitled to, as well as in your derogation application process.
