Industrial risks (IED, REACH, SEVESO)

The IED Directive requires affected facilities to compile a detailed technical dossier (description of activities and substances, emissions monitoring plan, analysis of best available techniques (BAT), waste management plan, wastewater treatment, etc.).

When new BAT conclusions are published, the permit conditions must be updated within four years. ABV Environnement assists with these procedures and also prepares the baseline reports (RB), which consist of a targeted soil study.

Seveso facilities are classified according to two thresholds based on the nature and quantities of hazardous substances present. These facilities are subject to requirements regarding major accident prevention, emergency planning, and communication with nearby residents.
