ABV Development carried out the environmental impact study for the ZIN project, carried out by our partner Befimmo, which obtained its planning and environmental permit in March. Zin is a multi-functional project of approximately 113,000 m², including offices, housing, sports and leisure areas and shops. In 2018 Befimmo submitted a permit application for the ZIN project and the redevelopment of the current WTC1 and 2 site in Brussels.
ABV Development carries out the environmental follow-up of the earthworks for the AGORA project in Braine-le-Comte on behalf of DELZELLE. A vacant lot is disappearing, the district has been entirely revitalized to accommodate a pedestrian meeting place: nearly 140 dwellings, a large public square, 300 m2 dedicated to the installation of local shops and liberal professions. "Agora Braine".
ABV Development advises and guides RTBF by organizing the optimal reuse of the excavated soil for the basement of its new building!
BEFIMMO commissioned ABV Development to carry out the environmental follow-up of the earthworks for the Paradis Express project in Liege. The project, located close to the TGV station, involves the construction of an eco-neighbourhood providing office, residential and retail functions. Total surface area: 21,000 m2. Another project that is coming to fruition!
Climate impact study for the extension of La Réunion Roland-Garros Airport (ARRG)
As part of the extension and restructuring of the ARRG's infrastructures, ABV Development, in partnership with the consultancy firm ATRIA Environnement, carried out the climate change adaptation and mitigation study from the pre-feasibility phase to its implementation.
This EIC led to the assessment of the ARRG project's vulnerability to climate change.
The Salamandre project is a project financed by the Wallonia-Brussels federation on 2 test zones: 1 in Brussels (Anderlecht), the other in Wallonia (La Louvière).
The project aims to prove the usefulness of refinancing the State archives through their economic contribution to the management of soil pollution.
The archives hold a wealth of information that is not directly accessible for use by a non-historian. On the other hand, the technical information necessary for the management of polluted soils is difficult for historians to understand.
The first tests show very useful information on the origin of the contamination detected, the origins and destinations of historical fill lands, and underground buildings.
